Application Software.3. Email Protocols knowledge POP3 IMAP SMTP and outlook configuration & troubleshooting.
4. Technical Command and Precise Diagnostics for Computers and other IT Products.
5. Experience in troubleshooting and identifying PC hardware and applications issues.
6. Managing entire Network with LAN, WAN, Voice.
7. Manage Server, Desktop & Laptops & all IT Hardware.
8. Handling day to day IT related Problems.
9. Handle any other IT related work.

Responsibilities:
1. Trouble shoot windows XP/Vista hardware and software issues
2. Manage/created shared folders
3. Manager wireless network etc. router, machine configuration
4. Manage desktop configuration as per company guidelines, Configure outlook email accounts
5. User Creation and security Profile Maintenance.
6. Desktop and business application support to remote users and vendor partners.
7. Assist in all functions of IT support, regular monitoring and maintenance
8. Analyze symptoms for accurate isolation of customer and network problems
9. Must be able to comprehensively and technically understand software products for Desktop Protection service, at an expert level
Skills and specifications:
1. Sound knowledge in Windows XP, Office application and specifically worked in MS Outlook. (E-mail client).
2. Standard windows Application and Networking.
3. Directories & files, Device configuration
4. Wireless router configuration
5. Knowledge of FTP for files uploading
6. Maintain Help Desk log and follow up outstanding issue to ensure problem reported is solved and business partners are informed of the status.
7. Maintain User security profiles at application level, grant/revoke necessary rights as per the user requests.
8. Periodically monitor and report remote Application performance for timely resolution
9. Analytical approach in problem solving
